Cassandra Royston has worked extensively on the Salesforce.com CRM platform. She has played a key role in UAT, SAT and training business users on SDFC system and processes. She has also designed and developed SOAP based web services to integrate Salesforce with different external systems. She has configured several web-to-case and email-to-case functionalities. Her expertise has been built over the years through projects with United Health Group, Zensar Technologies, AvidXchange, SalientCRGT etc.
