The challenge

FINRA, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority is the largest independent regulator for security firms in the U.S. With a large scale of operations they were in need of skilled SharePoint consultants who could meet their requirements. In spite of working with several placement agencies as well as trying to source candidates on their own, they were unable to find the right candidates with the enhanced skillsets that they needed.
